First elected as your Seminole County Property Appraiser in 2004. Over 30 years experience in the Seminole County Property Appraiser’s office, beginning as an appraiser trainee and rising through the organization to become Assistant Property Appraiser before running for the office in 2004.

David is the only candidate running for Seminole County Property Appraiser with the Certified Florida Appraiser (CFA) designation. He has a history of harnessing technology to provide the highest level of customer service to the citizens of Seminole County.  Under David’s leadership, Seminole County was the second jurisdiction internationally to EVER EARN the prestigious Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
